I've spent my career helping organizations navigate periods of significant change. As the founder of Light Work, I bring a unique combination of strategic vision and intuitive understanding to help leaders see the unseen dynamics within their organizations.
My background spans operational leadership, strategic advising, and organizational design, all informed by my ongoing creative practice and interest in how systems evolve and adapt.
I believe the most valuable insights often emerge from the spaces between conventional metrics—the human dynamics, cultural nuances, and unspoken patterns that shape how organizations function.

I serve as a trusted advisor rather than a traditional consultant. My engagements are designed to be high-impact, focused, and tailored to your specific context. I limit my client roster to ensure deep engagement and availability for each partnership.

Process
1. Initial Conversation: We begin with a 30-minute discovery call to understand your context, challenges, and goals.
2. Proposal:
Based on our conversation, I'll create a tailored proposal outlining approach, scope, and investment.
3. Engagement:
Upon agreement, we'll establish a timeline, key milestones, and communication approach.
4. Delivery:Depending on the engagement, we'll work together through strategic sessions, assessments, or intensive problem-solving conversations.
5. Completion & Continuity:Each engagement concludes with clear recommendations and optional follow-up support.
